My handmade adventure started almost a decade ago after I left the stresses of the East Coast and settled in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. It was here that I let my creativity take me wherever it pleased and where I founded the Good Shnit.

I learned how to crochet as a young girl and am a self-taught knitter. Working and creating with my hands just simply feels right and brings me a feeling of balance. Every creation is a little adventure starting with an idea and manifesting into a tangible piece of art.
