Returns and exchanges

We will package your items carefully, but if your items are damaged in the mail, please contact us right away. Replacements will be made for damaged items at no additional cost.

If we don’t receive payment within one week, we will cancel your order. Please contact us if there might be a delay in payment.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. Items are shipped via USPS Mail. We will ship to the address provided in your Etsy purchase, (even if your PayPal address is different). Please contact us if you would like items shipped as a gift to a different address.
