About

"Any path is a good path... as long as it has a heart".

I have nothing against purely decorative items.
My passion is creating functional items.
These too can possess beauty, character and style.

When I work, I go into a open creative state, free from judgement.
My items ( canes, racks, walking sticks etc.)
"talk" to me, they say " I want this wrap" or "this shell" or
"this stone attached". I find a way to engineer, strong items
that will last and become prized items for my customers.

As I make each item; I tune in to who you are, what you want and what you need. I like the communication at Etsy and I like to make people happy with my service and my items.

Handmade items develop; especially new ideas.
Originally my flute racks were too thin, now they are strong.
Feathers I used, needed to be changed because use of them was illegal; now I only use legal feathers. I live and learn what works.

I don't work in the studio unless I am moved to do so.
I don't work because I have to. I work with an attitude of love, service and gratitude.

I get a thrill out of making canes for folks who need them.
Walking sticks for those who use them.
Flute racks that hold treasured instruments.
The freedom to create new items that meet needs.

Here you will find hand carved display racks for your collection of Native American Flutes
I walk the hills and the ground calls out to me to rescue pine that has been worn by weather and carved by bark beetles. I'm obsessively driven to assemble and craft the dictates of some natural force that propels me to use my skills to make art.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. What you see here and is described here is exactly what you will receive. In the rare event of some sort of unusual situation, contact me with a conversation and we can talk about it. I am a reasonable person.
Please bare in mind that handmade items are not perfect, they are art, and this is not E-Bay. My "store" on Etsy is about giving you my loving intention through my art work, not so much about money or profit. I really hate drama and commercialism, I really love art and spirituality. I try to make my art functional so it is not a collection of items that end up in the attic, or at a Good Will store.
What makes me happy is when you are pleased with your purchase, but bare in mind; I can not please everyone, and some of the responsibility of the sale is yours.
Payment
We accept Pay-Pal and Etsy Direct Pay, as they accept credit and debit cards.
Your transaction through them is protected and are trusted funds transfer providers.
All sales are final. Refunds are possible only when items are returned in the same
condition they were received. Shipping costs, (original and return) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. Custom orders require prepayment best results depend on the quality of communication between the artist and the client (buyer) through emails or conversations via Etsy.
Shipping
We ship USPS and some items are quite large. Any overage in your shipping cost that exceeds the minimum cost and handling fee will be happily refunded.
Please be aware that I go to great lengths and expense in creating strong crates for shipping : part of the shipping funds go into packaging materials, wood, strapping tape, hot glue, cardboard. It takes me an hour or two to make the crate for your order.
I take tremendous care with packaging my work, and all shipment are insured for their cost and the cost of shipping. It is my intent that no item will ever be damaged in shipment. We will ship Internationally, but I will need to contact you concerning costs for international shipments, based on the size and weight of your purchase.
