I accept refunds for any valid reason. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and we will arrange for the return. I will refund you the full purchase price when I receive the item back.
*The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless I made an error in your order. *The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

*For items damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss the matter.
*I will require photos. Please hang on to all packaging materials.
*Damaged items will be refunded in full, including original shipping cost.

You can sign on as a guest if you do not have a Paypal account.
You can pay via Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout using a credit or debit card.

I ship most packages with the American Post Office within 1-3 days after receiving your order and payment. Shipping rates include shipping, handling, and packaging costs. I take the necessary precautions when packing items. Effort is made to ensure that you will receive your item in pristine condition.
*I ship to the address that you have provided Etsy - not the address on your Paypal account. Please make sure that your address is correct.
*I recycle and reuse shipping boxes and shipping materials whenever possible.
*Delivery takes 2-14 business days, depending on destination.
*All packages are shipped with a tracking number. I will send you an email stating the estimated date of delivery.
Please Note: Most packages are shipped Parcel Post with the Post Office. Due to the destination, package routing in the U.S. can take up to 14 days.
*You can request a Shipping Upgrade to Priority Mail with 3-day delivery. Let me know your zip code before placing your order - and I will give you a quote for the additional cost. Some destinations are far more reasonable in cost than others.
*Some of the items in my shop can be shipped by using the Flat Rate Priority Mail Boxes. I am aware of them and will use them when it is economically feasible - and when my items fit in the boxes that are offered.
*Your can also request shipping with Fedex or UPS prior to purchase, and I will contact you with the information on any additional shipping costs.

Canadian Shipping: I do ship by Expedited Parcel or Oversize Lettermail by Canadian Post. The date of expected shipment arrival is not possible.

Any Other Country: Delivery takes 7-14 days by Airmail, or 4-8 Weeks by Surface Mail. Please contact me if you wish to make a purchase. i will handle this on a case-by-case basis and find the most economical and safe way to ship.

Please Note: All stated delivery times are approximate. It is very rare, but sometimes there can be slight delivery delays for reasons outside of my control. Contact me if you feel an item is taking too long to arrive. Transit times vary and are often out of my control. Weather, custom delays, and other variables affect travel time.

International Buyers: Please be aware that Duties, Taxes, and other charges are NOT Included in the item price or shipping charges. Check with your local Custom Office to determine these additional costs prior to your purchase.

*Please be aware that the colors you see on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual colors of the painting, print, or sewn or handmade items in my shop.
*I do photograph in outdoor light and strive to show each item in true color.

*I accept custom orders and commissions for original paintings, handmade moss balls and birchbark signs.
