::How to order::
Send a message through the "request custom order" button or "contact shop owner" button.
Include: a few pictures, the more the better. Clarify colors and details if necessary. I will respond with a price and further details.

::Payment::
A deposit must be placed for production to take place. I will send you a link to make that deposit. All deposits will be 50% of the total cost. When the item is complete and the final payment plus shipping is made, i will mail it out USPS priority.

::When will my order be ready?::
I will give you an estimated time-line of when to expect your order. These times are ESTIMATES, the order may be done sooner or take a bit longer then expected. I work alone and cannot account for unexpected emergencies (should one of my children fall ill, myself or husband this may change the expected wait) I will do my best to keep you updated and stay within the estimate time.

All my work is custom, hand sculpted and hand painted. Please don't expect perfection, as there is no such thing when it comes to this type of work, you might see a brush stroke here and there because its hand painted, these items are NOT spray painted if you want flawless work you will have to buy machine factory made items.. I put a lot of time and effort into each piece and do the very best with each different item, Thank you! :-)

Each piece is a unique item specially made for you and you only! The size of each item is dependent on the depending on the the style and size of the cake or the type of animal.
