    Returns and exchanges
    I quality check all orders with the hope that you will never have a reason to have to exchange an item. However, if an exchange is necessary I will do my best to make the process as easy and fair as possible!

    GOT AN ISSUE
    I will always try to resolve any issue with you during and after your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback - I will always try my best to make you happy!

    #1 REASON FOR EXCHANGES
    The #1 reason for exchanges is due to sizing misunderstandings.
    CHECK MEASUREMENTS listed on each item page BEFORE ordering.
    It's always best to lay out a T-shirt you have and measure it from arm pit to arm pit and compare with the measurements given in the listing.

    BEFORE WASHING YOUR T-SHIRT
    When you receive your T-shirt, please check for fit before washing.

    EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
    Please notify us 72 hours after receiving the goods of your intent to exchange. All returns/exchanges must be verified by us via email before the item is mailed back.
    We will gladly make exchanges for sizing issues, defects in workmanship or garment.
    Items need to be received back in the same condition they were sent: NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED.

    EXCHANGE TIMING
    Exchanges items must be returned within 14 days from initial email communication. YOU pay the return exchange shipping charge and we pay to ship the replacement item back to you.

    NOT ACCEPTABLE EXCHANGE ITEMS:
    1. Garments worn and/or washed are not acceptable returns. Shrinkage due to washing is not a defect and is not an acceptable return.
    2. Items in your possession for longer than 14 days.

    REFUNDS:
    We do NOT offer refunds - but will gladly EXCHANGE for another awesome T-shirt from our selection.

    SHIPPING:
    In the case of exchange, YOU are responsible for shipping charge to return item to us.

    DAMAGED ITEMS
    If an item was damaged by our fault, prior to shipment, please send a picture of the item and damaged area with your request to exchange.

    CANCELLATIONS
    Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change prior to shipping your order, please contact me. Once your item has been shipped, it will be subject to our exchange/refund policy below.

    I ship quickly, within 3-5 business days of payment.

    HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE
    All orders SHIP via Canada Post within 3-5 business days.
    Then "Estimated" Shipping Time is 7-10 business days.
    NOTE: These time frames are approximations based upon my shipping experience. However, sometimes your order may take longer if delayed by customs.
    Sorry, we can't live close to everybody!

    TRACKING
    Shipping fee does NOT include tracking.
    Tracking can be purchased separately for an additional fee.

    CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
    You, the purchaser, are responsible for any import fees, duty, vat, tax, handling or any other charges that may be charged by your country. ONLY you can pay these fees once the item has arrived in your country. I am not responsible for these fees nor can I pay them in advance for you. Please research your country's import and handling fees and policies if you have any questions.

    SHIPPING ADDRESS
    Orders are shipped to "Ship To" address you give during checkout - please provide address that is safe for delivery. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CARRIER ERRORS OR DELAYS OR THEFT.

    SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS
    If you need order shipped to different address please contact me within 2 hours of ordering with the name and full address of recipient.

    PACKAGE RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT or INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
    YOU will be responsible for shipping charges to reship orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete address.

    CUSTOMS MISHAPS
    I cannot issue refunds for items abandoned, not claimed or refused at customs.
    This is VERY rare and I will work with you should anything happen.

    COLOUR VARIATIONS:
    Please note that while I do my best to reflect the items' actual color in our photos, all computer monitors vary so colours seen on your monitor may vary from the actual item colour. Slight colour variations when seen in person are possible.
