Loved this door hanger! Replaced the red bow with a pink gingham to match the rest of my Christmas décor & it's perfect! Can't wait to order more for all seasons!

Ornament was exactly like the picture we provided. Our friends loved it so much they are hanging it in their house and not on the tree! Thank you so much!! Will 100% order again!

This ornament was perfect - matches our school colors/mascot perfectly! So thrilled with the purchase and looks beautiful on the tree.
Eat, sleep, paint
I started For Pete's Sake, when our one and only Child was born. When he was 10 months old our Babysitter quit and we decided I would stay home. I started to paint again for fun and to give as gifts. Long story short, I have been painting ever since. I have painted murals, furniture, wood, glass, plastic, pottery and people.
Pete awoke the artist within me and I have never looked back. Having my own business has allowed me the freedom to work around our family schedule.
Don't be fooled there are many days I paint as many hours as I am awake. I never feel like I work, because I LOVE every minute.
I feel very blessed and am thankful for the gift I have been given.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Do you do custom work?
I sure do! Some of my favorite pieces have been a client request. The only limit we have to creating that special piece is our imagination.
Can I get my item personalized?
You bet. Personalization sets my items apart from the others. I love a good monogram and am happy to include a personal message on the back of my items. Personalization is always free of charge.
I do offer my items wholesale and give zip code protection.
You can currently find my work at some of these fine stores.
Two Chicks and Company
Do you offer local pick up?
If you live in Louisville, KY or the surrounding areas you can pick up your order, from my home studio.
Enter the coupon code LOCAL, at checkout to remove this shipping. This coupon is only valid for pick ups. If you use this coupon and need it shipped, I will cancel the order and let you place it again.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick up and where to come?
Once I have your order ready, I will send you my address and cell phone number. You can text me to arrange a time that is convenient for you. I live in St. Matthews.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. If you order more than 6- 10 of certain items, I will offer you a discount and group the shipping to help you save. Just send me a message and I will set up a custom listing for you.
I am happy to do Corporate and Holiday bulk orders.
How do you ship?
I ship my items USPS Priority mail or UPS. These cost a bit more, but include insurance and tracking. I want to make sure your item is received in perfect condition. If your shipping fee is less than $3.00 of what you paid, I will refund you the difference.
I want a different color or pattern than what is shown. Can you change that?
Almost always the answer is yes. I personally design, paint, glaze and fire every piece that you order. Send me a message and we can work out the design together.
Your pottery is handmade just for you. I use all lead-free, food safe glazes. For best care, I would recommend hand washing. My glazes are dishwasher safe, but can shorten the life of the piece.
Treat your purchase with the care you would any of your favorite items.
Can you do my Company logo?
Yes. If you rightfully own the artwork, you can commission me to create a custom piece with your logo. I will not reproduce any copyrighted work such as sport team logos and trademarks.
If you own a Horse farm and want gifts for your team, own your own business and need a Corporate gift or run the School bookstore and want Christmas ornaments, I am happy to discuss the design with you.
It's easy to send a personal message via Etsy and you can always email my business at email@example.com
