To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, follow these few simple steps:
* When not wearing, store your item in the provided plastic bag contaIning anti-tarnish paper
* Apply perfumes or lotions and allow to dry before putting on your jewelry
* Remove jewelry before showering or swimming
*Excessive perspiration can affect the finish of plated jewelry
* When occasional cleaning is needed, use a soft dry cloth or a jewelry cleaning cloth intended for this purpose - no chemicals ever!
*Keep in mind that silver plated and gold plated items cannot stand up to everyday or continuous wear. Extra care is needed to keep the finish of these items looking beautiful. The suggestions stated above are very important when purchasing plated jewelry.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you order an item such as a necklace or bracelet and you order the wrong size, I am happy to have you return the original item to me at your expense. I will replace the item in the new size, however, there may be an added charge for lengthening the item and there will be a shipping charge ($4.50) to return the item to you
Special orders are not returnable..

If a purchase is returned, the free shipping cost ($4) will be deducted from the refund amount.

*Remove jewelry while bathing and keep it away from soaps and cleansers of any kind
*Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions
*Clean with soft dry cloth and never use harsh chemical cleaners
*Store your jewelry in an air tight jewelry box or in a ziplock bag to reduce oxidation
