We love creating personalized orders! Please message us and we will see if your personalized order is something we can create. Most of the jewelry pieces can be made in either gold or silver. Custom jewelry requests are considered Final Sale.

We can create our “drop” earring designs with clip-on backs (unfortunately we cannot make our post/stud earrings into clip-ons at this time). If you would like to order a clip-on back with your order, please just include that request in the “notes to seller” during checkout. The clip-ons will be gold or silver-plated instead of gold-filled or sterling silver.

If you buy goods from outside the EU for delivery to the UK, you may have to pay Customs Duty (if over £120 value) and a 20% Import VAT (if over £18) on top of the purchase price (including duties), though Customs Duty is waived if the amount of the calculated duty payable is £7 or less. Please note there is also an £8 Parcel Force Fee for collecting the Import VAT. For The Maids will not reimburse you for these charges.

If you’re ordering goods from outside the EU, Customs Duty and any Import VAT must be paid by the recipient once the goods have arrived but before the goods are delivered. In addition, there may also be a £8 handling fee to pay to the carrier.

Shipping to Canada takes anywhere from 6 to 14 business days. Also, please be aware that all orders shipped to Canada are subject to customs duties or fees that we are not responsible for.
