Returns and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be taken on an individual basis. I generally will not accept returns unless there is a special circumstance. Please communicate with me and I will do my best to try and resolve any issues. If your item is never received, please contact me. I will try and resolve this issue as best I can by either refunding your money, offering you store credit or replacing your item.
I do not take responsibility for items damaged in the mail. I do my best to package my items carefully and securely. Please contact me for further information if something like this happens.
I expect payment within one week of purchase. If I do not receive payment, I may relist the item and cancel the sale. If you cannot make the payment within the week, but still want the item, please contact me asap! I am an understanding person and I will respond very well to communication. If I do not receive payment and I do not hear from you I will most definitely cancel your sale and relist the item. I will not want to sell to you again.
Please convo me if you would like any shipping upgrades, insurance or shipping confirmation. I will be happy to try and accommodate your request and will send you a revised bill in the process.
