BEAUTIFULLY dyed fibres and some gorgeous undyed 100% targhee. I've been trying to find this for ages as we don't get it in the UK so I'm really glad I mentioned it. Also, Fossil Fibers don't ship to the UK via their website but from one little disappointed comment I made on a Facebook post, all of sudden, there's a way to do it through Etsy and I can buy the targhee I've been after as well! Fabulous responsiveness and great customer service, thank you so much!

Welcome to Fossil Fibers! We are so glad you are here!

My name is Kori and I cannot wait to connect with you and share all the wonderful things about this amazing fiber in our lives. I have a huge love of cats, tea, dinosaurs, and all things woolly. I knit for 7 years before learning to spin yarn and it was just a quick landslide into Fossil Fibers from there. We reside in Northern Michigan in beautiful wooded countryside that will inspire many colors that come to you.

Our business operations are dedicated to being as eco-friendly as possible. We care greatly for our earth and conserving the species that live here, so we will also maintain a line of fibers that hail from rare or lesser-known sheep breeds to aid conservation efforts. These fibers will be processed entirely by hand with raw fleece from various small farms and will be notated. We are members of My Local Wool and the Livestock Conservancy as well!
