FossilFire Chocolates are a unique ceramic art installation. Each piece is individual; no two pieces of ceramic chocolate are exactly the same, no two boxes are exactly the same. FossilFire Chocolates are not a mass produced product.

As with all ceramic products, slight imperfections and variations are part of the charm of handmade art.

FossilFire Chocolates is dedicated to 100% stellar customer service. You may email or phone me at any time. Emails will be answered the same day they are received. Phone calls will be taken between 9AM and 6PM Monday through Friday PST. When calling at any other time, please leave a message if your call is not answered, and I will return your call at the earliest possible convenience. My goal is your 100% satisfaction not only with the product but also in your interaction with me. You, the customer, are the most important aspect of my business.

Payment is made through PayPal, a safe, secure site for monetary transactions. If you cannot pay through PayPal, money orders and personal checks are happily accepted. Your order will ship as soon as your mailed check clears the bank.

Transactions on this site run through a secure connection. You will see "https" on your address browser which will verify a secure transaction. At no time will anyone other than FossilFire Chocolates have access to this information.
All orders will be shipped out within 2 days of order, unless an order is placed on a Friday, in which case it will go out the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the order will be shipped on Tuesday. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped in the allotted timeframe, I will contact you immediately.

Orders are shipped as follows: the product you order is wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a white company gift box with Care Card enclosed, then placed in a larger box with packing peanuts. Please retain shipping materials until you are satisfied with the order. Returned orders (see policy below) are required to be returned in original packing materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchange or returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. All returns must be shipped back to me in their original condition and in the original packing materials. FossilFire Chocolates is not responsible for broken merchandise during return process. Once the returned product is received, the exchange or credit will be given.

There is a 20% restocking fee.

Store credit will be given for returned merchandise. Full refunds will be given on qualified purchases only. To receive a full refund (minus restocking fee), please email your request. All returns must be documented by email request. You may contact me by phone to discuss the return, but you will also need to email your request as documentation.
