Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Must contact seller within 3 days of receipt to authorize return. Please email us to start the refund process, Fotinidesigns[at ] gmail {dot} com
Exchange: We will gladly exchange an item within 10 days of delivery, if item(s)
If you are not happy with the item for any reason contact seller within 10 days and we will try to rectify situation. Shipping costs are not refundable
**All custom orders are final sale. Custom orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of order being placed. Once we have into production cancellation is not possible. No exceptions
Please insure your items when returning, refund/exchange cannot be issued is if item is lost or damaged in transit

No personal checks. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of confirmation
Shipping
insurance available upon request. All items sent with tracking.
