Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase from FoulCowl you may return your item(s) for a partial refund. Please read the Refund Policies below:

- Item(s) being returned must be received by FoulCowl within a 25 day period of your item(s) shipment date from FoulCowl to you the buyer (This date will be listed on your e-mail invoice from FoulCowl)

- Item(s) must be received in original (NEW) condition. No stains, odors, rips, wear, or damage of any kind to the item(s). If the item(s) is/are returned in poor condition no refund will be issued and the item will only be sent back at buyers expense.

- A mandatory $1.50 fee will be taken out of the refund to the buyer. This is to cover all Paypal, Etsy, and processing fee's FoulCowl must absorb with a return.

I prefer Paypal (due to the safety and ease) but other forms can be accepted upon request. Contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to complete the transaction differently (Money Order or Personal Check). I will do my utmost to accommodate you.

Payment is due within 7 days of official Etsy purchase. If payment is not received by day 7 you will receive a friendly e-mail reminder. If no reply is sent within 24 hours the item purchased will be re-listed and appropriate feedback will be left.
Notify me as soon as possible if you are interested in purchasing insurance, receiving a tracking number, or upgrading your package priority so I may calculate the cost for you.

All parcels are sent either First Class or Priority depending on shape and/or weight. If you are interested in a super speedy shipment you can request Express or Overnight shipping, this will be at buyers expense.

If you are a customer, living outside the United States, please contact me and I will be happy to give you an exact shipping quote if it is not listed under the items shipping price.

If no insurance has been requested and purchased by the buyer (through FoulCowl) and the item is lost, damaged, or stolen in the shipping process FoulCowl does not provide a refund or exchange. FoulCowl is not responsible for any damages that may occur after the packaging & shipment of your item(s).

Holding Policy
Items that are under a “Hold” or “Reserve” will be titled with your Etsy username (ex. RESERVED FOR EPICCPOKE). I can hold an item for a maximum of 5 days.
