2 out of 5 starsJust disappointed. I buy gifts from Etsy 90% of the time and I try to always leave uplifting reviews. I ordered I thought two hair clips in October for my daughters birthday in January to ensure I would get them in time and everything would be correct. When I received my order I was confused why I only received one hair clip and not two. I reached out to the shop and the owner agreed where there could have been a miscommunication and agreed to send another. Weeks go by and I reach out again saying I didn’t receive the other clip and would buy another if necessary. She shop forgot to send it and said would send it again. I didn’t get it again. And she said she was out of town and would send one when she got back. I told her not to worry about it because my daughters birthday was in a few days. Then hair clip came part in one day.

Sizing details
For my regular elastic not including nylon, please measure your child's head circumference in inches to get the best possible fit.

Care instructions
Take care of my bows as you would a piece of jewelry. Put them in a safe place. Do not set your clips near water, it may cause them to rust and it may cause the leather to change color. Keep out of reach for children under the age of 3.
How long does it take to get my bows?
My processing time is about 1-2 weeks, then 3-5 days within the US to be delivered. Outside of US can take between 2-4 weeks depending on the location. Please note, I am not responsible for any customs charges.
Can I get my bows if I need them faster than 1-2 weeks?
Yes! I will kindly make and ship your order within that time frame. As long as you leave a note in your ordered stating the date needed by.
Can I exchange or change my order or make changes?
Once purchase is complete. I do not except exchanges, returns or alterations. Please do not send me a message about changing a style, color, or size after your order is complete. This makes the process longer and confusing, possible causing getting the order wrong. Please make sure you have selected what you want. Please make sure you read my descriptions in the listing for sizes. If you want a custom order please message me and I will make that custom order for you. Please do not make any notations about any changes in your order, even if its a custom order. I cannot guarantee I will be able to make those. Sometimes they are overlooked. Please make sure your correct address is on file too. You are responsible for that.
Can I return an item if my baby/toddler damages it?
I do not except returns if your baby/toddler/kids damages a bow, rips it, puts it in water, etc. Bows are meant to keep away in a safe place. Please do not let your baby/toddler get a hold of my bow items if possible. I'm not responsible for your babies actions.
