Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I'll do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
I accept the following payment methods:
* Credit cards via Etsy direct checkout (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover)
* Etsy gift cards
* Credit and debit cards via Paypal (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal credit). If you have a Paypal account, you can also send payments directly from your bank account, without using a credit card, but please be aware this method can involve a delay in your shipment, as the payment has to clear your bank account first.

If you'd like to pay with a card via Paypal, you don't need a Paypal account. You can make your payment by choosing the Paypal option during checkout, then click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll to the bottom, and you'll see an option to pay with credit or debit card without creating a Paypal account.

PACKAGING AND GIFT WRAPPING: Some of my items ship in gift boxes (like my wire horse ornaments) while others (like t-shirts) generally do not. If the item ships in a gift box, that information will be noted in the item description. If you need gift wrapping, or a gift card included with your shipment, just let me know in the notes section when you order, and I'd be happy to accommodate you. (If you'd like a specific message written out for your giftee, please include the text for me; otherwise I'll just use generic greetings and "a gift for you" sort of wording.)

SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND RESHIPPING: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the correct shipping address; once your package has shipped, it's simply not possible for me to reroute it unless it's returned to me as undeliverable, which can take up to a few months and delay delivery of your package. When you're checking out on Etsy you'll have several opportunities to double-check your shipping address; please do so! I want your package to arrive safely in your hands as much as you do.

SHIPPING IN THE U.S.: My packages are shipped via US Postal Service, and generally ship either First Class or Priority Mail. I'll typically choose the best shipping option for your particular order; items that need insurance will usually ship Priority. (For any item over $50, the cost of insurance and tracking is already figured into the cost of shipping.) I can also do expedited shipping, for an additional cost, on non-custom orders; please convo me if you need any kind of expedited shipping, or if you have any questions about shipping at all. But please bear in mind that expedited shipping does not mean expedited production, especially if you're ordering a custom item that may have a 1-2 week processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please be aware that when packages are shipped internationally, customs may delay delivery by up to 6 weeks. This seems to be particularly common during the holiday season. As such, I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date on any international packages, unless you'd like to opt for a shipping upgrade (typically at substantial cost). I'm happy to work with you to figure out the best option for your situation, or give you my best guess about delivery times based on experience, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: If you're placing a custom order, you'll be asked to pay for the item in full before work begins. I have listings for custom ornaments already set up in my shop, so you can just select your colors and place your order like you would for a ready-made item. If you'd like something more complicated, want to request colors that aren't listed options, want to place a bulk order, or have any other questions at all, please just convo me, I'd be delighted to talk to you!
