Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 5 days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund if it's sent back unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is your responsibility.


With regards to personalized custom orders, again, we will make every effort to make sure it's to your satisfaction before shipment. We will not give refunds for items, however, that are unique and that we are unable to sell to other customers.


We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please insure something if you're in doubt of it's safety.
We accept PayPal and credit card (via PayPal) payments.

To use a credit card via PayPal, without an account:
Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account

Payment is to be made within 3 days of purchase.

If payment has not been made within 48 hours, we will send a reminder message via an etsy conversation or any supplied e-mail addresses. After the reminder message has been sent, the buyer has 24 hours to make payment.

If payment is not made with 3 days, we will cancel the sale and re-list the item.


For items that are not currently made (ie. banners, logos, or custom orders), we do not begin work until payment has been made.

For items that are made at the time of sale, we do not ship until payment has been made.
We ship anywhere.

We use USPS Priority Flat Rate (2-3 business days) in the United States. We also use USPS Priority for international orders (6-10 business days).

If you would like your package insured in any way, please let us know ahead of time. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Digital orders will be sent via e-mail and within 48 hours of payment. More than likely, however, transaction time will be much less.


Please make sure the address you select at checkout is the one you want us to send to. We use the one on Etsy, not PayPal.


Processing time, with respect to orders that cannot be e-mailed, will be two business days.

With respect to custom orders, such as logos or custom leather accessories, please convo us about a time-line. We will try to deliver custom orders within a timely manner, and as close to your time-line as possible, but sometimes custom orders may go faster or slower. Please keep this in mind, and convo us about all options.

Please be sure that if you request something, that you give a time-line so that we know if can accept the request.

Clients retain the rights to all custom design work done for them, and we retain right to display the work as an example of past work done and style. No other artist or individual may claim either our creative work or our words and/or statements about our work.

We have a smoke free, but not pet free home. Although we take all efforts to keep our products as pristine as possible, if you are extremely sensitive to cat dander, we recommend only buying our digital items.


We retain the right to change our policies at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances.
