Shipping Policy and Details
Shipping Insurance is available upon request (there is a small additional cost).
Items are all sent with tracking information, but we are not responsible for delivery errors on the part of USPS shipping and cannot replace lost or stolen items. Please understand we do everything we can to make sure your package gets to you, but once it leaves us it is out of our hands. If you are worried about potential postal issues please contact us immediately after ordering to discuss insurance or having the package marked to be held at your local post office for pickup.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order is sent, as this is paid to USPS.
