Paypal is our preferred method of payment, but I also accommodate direct payments by visa, discover, american express and mastercard. If you would prefer not to pay with paypal, just send a convo.
When I receive notice of an item sold, and there is no payment attached, I will contact you via email asking for payment. If I do not receive a response, I will cancel the transaction within that week.
Unless you contact me, we will always ship to your etsy.com address over your paypal address. Shipping includes delivery confirmation and standard USPS 1st class service. If you would like upgraded shipping, please send a convo and I will let you know what is available. Shipping occurs within 3 business days of payment unless otherwise noted.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your Foxglove Accessories purchase! If you find there is a defect or the item is not as it was described, please let me know within 30 days of delivery and I will be happy to refund or exchange your item.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All custom orders must be paid in full before the item is made. For a 20% custom item fee, I will pull a selection of stamps based on your request and scan for you to see. Upon approval of one of the stamps, I will make the item from scratch (production time is 1-2 weeks) to your specifications.
If you have any general preferences for countries, colors, or subjects, please let me know and I will be happy to see what I have from my pre-made stock at no additional charge (semi-custom item).
Taxes/duties are an unfortunate part of buying from overseas. For overseas orders, it's the responsibility of the buyer to know what their country's import laws are and the sellers responsibility to fill out all forms honestly. I must follow all US laws regarding shipping, so your piece will be listed as 'merchandise' with the replacement (not retail) value listed on your customs forms. Foxglove Accessories cannot be responsible for any customs fees, and will not honor requests to mark items as anything but 'merchandise' on customs forms.
Not all items listed are available for wholesale, but I will be happy to provide a detailed list with prices. Consignments are considered on a shop-by-shop basis. If you are interested in carrying Foxglove items on consignment, please send a brief description of your shop and a web address.
