I have an obsession with charms and with beads. Is that bad?

In 2009 I launched Xena's Revenge, an art and jewelry making business, just for fun. (www.xenasrevenge.com) Xena's Revenge is still online today and I enjoy making all kinds of things to sell in that shop! I have also branched out into other items there, too, that may offend some. If you're easily offended, don't visit that shop, ok?

When a jewelry business venture failed in 2015, I found myself with oodles of inventory and I decided to open an Etsy shop for a massive "destash." My sweet little chihuahua's name is FoxiBelle and I thought, "What a sassy name for my business!" It stuck. I have since opened up additional shops, the crown jewel of which is www.bigbeadbar.com I get my charms fix here at FoxiBelle's, and my bead fix at the Big Bead Bar! Ha!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All sales are final, unless there is a defect in the merchandise. If your purchase is defective, contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Send a picture of the defective items and explain the problem. If the items are defective we will replace or exchange them.
Return shipping is your responsibility. You must ship them via a trackable method and retain proof of shipping, as well as insure the goods as we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit back to us. We will exchange your item for one that is defect-free.

We do not accept returns on earrings. All sales are final on those, as it is not sanitary to accept returns and resell the items.

If you simply do not like the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee to return it. This covers our actual cost of shipping and handling. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us. The item(s) must be in their original packaging (if applicable) and must not have been used or worn.

We accept major credit cards and Paypal.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS first class, unless you upgrade to Priority or Priority Express Mail.

We do not guarantee arrival date of your shipment, as we have no control over the USPS. We can tell you when we will ship it and you'll receive a shipping notice when we send your package. We are shipping from North Carolina so those on the east coast can usually expect their shipments within 2-4 business days after we ship under normal circumstances. Those on the west coast may take up to 7-10 days to receive. Holiday shipping times are longer and require some patience.

We offer the option to upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional cost. Priority Mail offers 2-3 day delivery, but again, their delivery time is out of our control. All we can do is promise you a shipping date.

Sometimes the post office loses stuff. If you have not received your order within ten days of shipping (you'll receive an e-mail when your order ships), please contact us.

IF the USPS brings your package "postage due," please let us know. This happens infrequently, but it does happen and we will want to hear about it so we can help you resolve it and/or reimburse you for the shipping due.

We apologize that we are no longer able to provide international shipping on Etsy. If you are outside the United States and need assistance, please e-mail us a foxi [!at] foxibelles.com

PLEASE make sure you have entered the complete and correct shipping address on Etsy! If you give us an incorrect address and the item is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you. In such cases you have two options--pay the cost to reship, plus 20% to cover credit card processing fees and Etsy seller fees, or, receive a refund of your purchase price MINUS our actual cost to ship to you plus 20% of the total item purchase as a restocking fee.

We want you to be delighted with your purchases! Please know that Etsy and FoxiBelle's both take reviews very seriously. The FIRST review you leave is most important and what Etsy looks at. If you are dissatisfied and thinking of leaving a negative review, please contact us first. Once you leave the review it's permanently on our record, even if you later decide to change it. If for any reason you can't give us a five star rating on Etsy after your purchase, please let us know what we can do to earn one!
