I accidentally put the wrong address at checkout, what can I do?

Send me an message ASAP with the correct address and your order number. We aim for a very quick turn-around time so it is crucial you let me know right away.

My package was lost, what can I do?

Unfortunately once a package has been shipped there is nothing I can do to intercept or locate the package. In the case that your package is marked 'delivered' but you can't locate it, first check your mailbox for a parcel locker key. Then, check with your local post offices, they may be holding your package. Finally, you can file a claim with USPS. Only the buyer can file the claim, I as the seller, can not.
If you are worried about lost or stolen packages, message me for pricing on insuring your package.

I purchased the wrong size, what can I do?

You can return your items and exchange sizes. The customer is responsible for both the return shipping fee, and the new shipping fee for your new items.
