Your satisfaction is my top priority. I stand behind my products. If for some reason you are disappointed with your purchase and want to return or exchange the item, please contact me first by Etsy convo, email (info@foxnlily.com or foxnlily [!at] yahoo.com) or phone call (626-395-7445) to initiate the return process.

With prior approval you can return it within 15 days of receipt of item in the same condition as received for a refund of the item's paid price (minus shipping costs and $0.20 fee).
There are no returns on sale items items.

Fox'n Lily accepts payment by PayPal, approved debit/credit cards such as American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa, Etsy gift cards, and personal checks.

If paying by personal check, the item will be reserved for you for up to one week. Please insure receipt of check by Fox'n Lily within one week of purchase. The item will be made after the payment has cleared. If it's a ready to ship item, it will be released for shipment within 72 hours after the payment has cleared

Effective 1/1/2013, shipments within California are charged a 9.0% sales tax. Shipments are from Pasadena, California (LA County rate).

Federal Express and USPS are the preferred shipping carriers by Fox'n Lily. Effective January 27, 2013, USPS has new shipping rates!

I PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Lead times between the time you place your order and when your order ships are approximately one to two weeks. When you place your order, you will receive an Etsy convo confirming receipt of your order and an estimated shipping date. If there are any delays, you will receive an Etsy convo with an update.


II SHIPPING / LEAD TIME

Shipping charges are based on one shipment to one location. At the time of shipment, you will receive an Etsy convo confirming the shipment.

A. DOMESTIC ORDERS
1. If the order is for an accessory item only and shipping to a domestic address, it will ship by USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email from USPS with the tracking number and link to their website, so you can track your shipment. Please allow two to three business days for delivery.

2. If the order is for any other item and it's a domestic order, it will ship by FedEx Ground. You will receive an email from FedEx with the tracking number, estimated delivery date and link to their website so you can track your shipment. Please allow up to one week for delivery from California to addresses within the USA.

B. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
1. All international orders ship by USPS International Priority Mail. You will receive an email from USPS with the tracking number and link to their website so you can track your shipment. Please allow six to ten business days for delivery plus time to clear customs. The time to clear customs varies by country.

2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. This is the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

3. Customs forms are filled out with accurate invoice totals. Please do not ask otherwise. Thanks for your understanding.

III SHIPPING COSTS OVERAGE - INTERNATIONAL ONLY
USPS International Priority Mail:

Calculating shipping costs is an inexact science, especially when combining different items. If the total USPS International Priority Mail shipping fees charged exceed the actual shipping cost by $1 or more, a refund for the difference will be issued.

III SHIPPING ADDRESS

Order will be shipped to the address shown on the PayPal/Etsy order form. Please make sure your account shipping address is current. If you want the order shipped to a different address, please send me a convo at the time you place your order or in the comment section on your Etsy order form.

V LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen, Fox'n Lily is not responsible for the loss or damaged shipments. Insurance can be added to US orders for an extra fee. If you'd like to add insurance to your shipping costs, please let me know and I'll set up a special listing for you.

VI OTHER INFORMATION

A. If you want your shipment expedited, there is an up-charge.

B. If you want your shipment shipped by a different carrier, please contact me to discuss the specifics.

C. If you want your order to ship to more than one location or have items ship at different times, there is an up-charge. Please contact me to discuss the specifics.

D. If the order value is greater than $500, FedEx will require a signature before releasing the order for delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package or make alternative arrangements with FedEx for delivery.

E. If the order value is less than $500 and you're not home at the time of attempted delivery, FedEx will leave the package outside your home. If you won't be home and this concerns you, please make alternative arrangements with FedEx for delivery.

A. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

ALL MY ITEMS ARE MADE IN THE U.S.A.

Fox'n Lily items are sold exclusively through this Etsy shop. Websites that use my photography (without my permission!) and claim to sell my dresses at a discount or "directly from China" are fraudulent.

It is sad that I have to make this statement, but it is important since I receive phone calls from people who purchased from scammers and either never received the dresses or received some horribly glued garments.

B. FABRIC SAMPLES:

Depending on the computer monitor, the colors on the screen might differ slightly from the actual fabric colors. If you'd like a fabric sample, please convo your event date, design name, color preferences and mailing address.

C. DESIGN OPTIONS

I do not sell the patterns to my designs.

D. APPOINTMENTS

If you're local in Southern California and want to stop by to see the dress designs or pick up an order, please call to schedule an appointment. I do not have a retail store front that allows you to drop in. I will give you some dates and time options as well as directions.

F. ALTERATIONS

Fox'n Lily will do minor alterations on a dress or skirt that you have purchased from Fox'n Lily at a price. If you need a hem shortened or other minor alteration, please convo me for a price quote. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to Fox'n Lily and back to you. The lead time varies by the time of the year and the type of alterations, but I try to get it done within a week.

G. NEW LISTINGS
