Payments required within 3 days of purchase. Direct payment preferred. Orders that remain unpaid for after 3 days will be cancelled.

Orders placed within British Columbia will be charged 7% PST (product only, not shipping).

All orders ship with Canada Post from the Gulf Islands. The cost of shipping must be covered by the customer and paid for at the time the order is placed.

Please read the shipping options carefully:

*Orders shipped within Canada are on Expedited service (Local 1-2 days, Regional 2-5 days, National 5-9 days) and do not come with a tracking number. Upgrade available for tracking information (recommended).

*Shipping to the USA (Small Packet Air service) is 5-10 business days and does not come with a tracking number. Upgrade available for tracking information (recommended).

*International Shipping (Small Packet Air service) is 6-8 Days and does not come with a tracking number.

*International Shipping (Small Packet Surface service) can take 4-12 WEEKS and does not come with a tracking number. Upgrade available for tracking information (recommended).

IMPORTANT: ***International (anywhere outside Canada and USA) orders placed on basic shipping can take a long time to arrive (up to 3 months) and have no tracking number so I have no control of the package once it leaves my hands. I offer this option for those who want to save on shipping costs but are willing to wait for them. I recommend upgrading to a faster shipping speed and getting a tracking number, especially if the delivery is time sensitive. Canada Post increases the cost of shipping quite considerably when choosing a faster service which is unfortunate because a tracking number and faster delivery are ideal. Packages without a tracking number that don't show up at the destination can't be located.***

If you think your package might be lost in transit please contact me, though please note if you have selected a shipping option without a tracking number there is nothing I can do to track it down once I put the package in the post.

Please ensure the mailing address on your account is current before placing an order. Postage labels are generated based on this address and the package will be returned to me if the information is incorrect. Returned packages cost me money to reclaim from the post office! They also cost money to re-send to corrected addresses!

IMPORTANT: ***If your package gets returned to me due to an error in your information or because you failed to pick it up from the post office I will have to charge you additional postage fees if you want your package resent. ***

I am not responsible for any import fees you may be charged through customs. I am also not responsible for packages returned to me because you did not pay the import fees.

Shipping costs shown reflect the true cost of shipping regular parcels with Canada Post and include packaging. No one likes to pay a ton for shipping, so let me know if you'd like to combine costs on multiple items.
