Paypal accepted, it is both safe for you and I. I will also except cashiers check, money order or personal check. Please convo me if this is your choice of payment. Once the payment has cleared your purchase will be shipped.
Note: You do not need a Pay Pal account to purchase through this service. Click on Pay Pal and then choose pay by credit card. It's simple and easy.
Orders will be gift wrapped and shipped by USPS first class priority mail with delivery confirmation and tracking in the United State.
International orders will be shipped by USPS first class mail. This does not include insurance. Once an item is shipped I do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. If you want to add delivery confirmation or insurance on international shipment, please contact me for additional cost.
Unless you request a different destination I will ship to Etsy address.
Refunds and Exchanges
With proper care, your pieces will bring you years of enjoyment. In the event that your Item should be damaged due to manufacturing conditions, Fox Paws will repair the piece free of charge for 60 days from the date of purchase. After that, a small materials and handling fee will apply. In order to have a piece repaired or exchanged, please contact me first.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact me by email or Etsy conversation within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned in original condition and boxed securely.
Your feedback is very important to me and is permanent. If you experience a problem with your order, please give me the opportunity to correct it before leaving feedback. I am here to make your shopping excursion as enjoyable as possible!
