Had some questions about the pattern and the seller responded quickly and very helpful. I’m new to Tunisian crochet and I can’t believe I made a flower looking like this. -

Welcome to my shop, I'm Beth and I love to create! My mom and dad met at Massachusetts College of Art and I grew up doing every kind of art and crafting imaginable. Around 1970 they converted a barn into an art studio which I continue to use today.

Returns and exchange details
Some of my newer tutorials are available as separate right & left handed versions. If you purchase the wrong version, just let me know & I will 'exchange' it for the other-handed version. There is no time limit.
Because of their nature, digital downloads are not returnable or refundable. If you purchase a digital item in error (e.g. thinking you were buying a finished item), do not download any files & contact me within 24 hours. Only if both conditions are met will your payment be refunded.
Physical items:
I really want you to be completely happy with your purchase & will accept returns & exchanges of physical items in new unused condition.***
Contact me for an RMA # within 3 days of receipt & return the item within 7 days using comparable packaging & a tracked shipping service. I recommend optional insurance for your protection. You are responsible for return shipping costs & reshipping cost of exchanges.
The refund for returns, minus any original shipping costs, will occur when I have received the item back in new unused condition. There is no restocking fee.
If the item is not returned in its original new unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I do not accept unauthorized returns.
***Items which are on sale are not eligible for returns. All discounted sales are final. All listings labeled "closeout" are final. Custom, special or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless agreed upon before purchase.
Inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged please let me know within 48 hours & provide clear photos of both the packaging & item damage for insurance purposes. Do not throw anything away, including the packaging, unless instructed to do so. You have the choice of repair, replacement or a refund, all including shipping cost. The item may need to be returned at my discretion.
Packages will not be considered lost until 30 days after shipment for 1st Class Mail & 20 days for Priority Mail .
Payment
Orders for ready-to-ship items can be canceled, with full refund, if it hasn't shipped yet. Although rare, I do occasionally ship same day so please review your order, especially the shipping address, carefully. Once an item has shipped it can only be handled as a return.
All other orders can only be canceled and fully refunded if work has not yet begun and/or new materials have not yet been ordered. If work has begun or materials ordered the refund will be prorated.
Coupons and promotions cannot be retroactively applied to earlier purchases.
Shipping
You will be notified immediately if the estimated ship date you receive after payment will not be met (e.g. snowstorm, extended power outage, illness) and offered the opportunity to cancel your order.
If you need something to arrive by a certain date please take into account both the processing and shipping time.
An upgrade to Priority Mail is available. Expedited shipping does not affect the processing time. Rush handling may be available at an additional cost, please contact me in advance if you think you will require this.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Returned packages will incur an additional charge to be reshipped. When I acknowledge your payment and give an estimated ship date I will also confirm the address I will be shipping to.
Packages which are returned to me because they were refused or not picked up at the post office will be considered unauthorized returns.
You are responsible for providing a secure location for mail delivery. I am not responsible for packages after they are delivered.

Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Compliance with laws. Data Retention:

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
