In order to receive a Refund or Exchange, you MUST contact me within 48 Hours of receiving your order. See below for details:

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

• UNDAMAGED ITEMS: If for any reason you wish to return an item or your order you may do so, but you MUST contact me with 48 HOURS of the receipt of your order to let me know. To receive a refund, ship the item(s) back to me (at your expense) in their original packaging. As soon as I receive the item(s) I will issue your refund.

• DAMAGED ITEMS (UNINSURED): Contact me within 48 HOURS of the receipt of your order to let me know. Attached to your message, please include photos of the damaged item(s) and a photo of the exterior of the order’s box. You have a choice of a refund (full or partial depending on the situation & the number of items damaged) or a replacement. Please let me know which you would like in the message. You don’t have to ship damaged items back to me.

If you chose a refund, you will receive one within 24 HOURS of my receipt of the photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box.

If you decide on a replacement, I'll replace the damaged items and place your order at the top of my production queue. [NOTE: Due to limited availability of some materials, some items may not be able to be replaced. If this is ever the case, I'll promptly contact you to let you know of the situation.]

• DAMAGED ITEMS (INSURED): If your order was insured, you need to take your package to the US Post Office – they’ll issue you your refund.

If after receiving your refund from the USPS you would like to reorder your items that were damaged, contact me and I'll create a custom listing just for you. Once you pay for your purchase, I'll place your order at the top of my production queue. [NOTE: Due to limited availability of some materials, some items may not be able to be replaced. If this is ever the case, I'll promptly contact you to let you know of the situation.]

• PayPal is the only form of payment that I accept.

• For those of you who don’t have a PayPal account, PayPal allows you to make a payment with your credit card without you having to open a PayPal account.

• Orders paid via PayPal e-Check will ship as soon as the e-Check clears. Please note that e-Checks can take up to 7 days to be processed.

• Payment MUST be made within 24 hours of your purchase. If payment is not made I’ll regrettably have to cancel the order.

Shipping
• I only ship to the United States at this time.

• Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date. NOTE: If you provide me an incorrect address and I ship your order to that address, it is your responsibility to track down your package. Orders lost in such a manner are not eligible for a refund.

• All items ship via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted in the Product Description. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification & tracking number for your package. You should receive your order in 2 to 3 days.

• Please open and inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or you wish to return the order you have 48 HOURS to contact me. View REFUNDS & EXCHANGES policies for more details.

• The shipping cost includes charges for packaging & handling. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safely.

• All orders $50 and over ship insured.

• All orders $250 and over require a signature confirmation upon delivery. No exceptions.

• If your order costs less than $50 and you would like your items to be insured, during checkout in the “Note to Seller” box put in a message that you would like the order to be insured. Prior to shipping, I’ll invoice you through PayPal for the insurance fee.

WINTER NOTICE: Due to New England’s wild winter weather shipping delays may occur. Orders will ship as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
