There was a mix up and the post office failed to deliver the item. But the issue was resolved as soon as I contacted the shop, and I got an extra something too! Thank you so much! The product is brilliant!

Accepted payment methods
Payment should be remitted within 2-3 business days of purchase, unless previous arrangements have been made. Unpaid orders for which our attempts to contact the buyer fail are subject to cancelation and resale.
Cancelations are gladly accepted for accidental purchases (did you mean to click one thing and accidentally clicked the other?), and in some cases of buyer's remorse (though we strive to make sure that won't be the case!). Simply contact us for a resolution.
We will typically ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment; if there is any potential for delay on our part, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please contact us BEFORE you pay, for any of the following:
- Orders that need to be shipped/received by a certain date.
- Expedited shipping (domestic or international).
- Orders wherein items need to be split up and shipped to two or more addresses.
- Any special requests/requirements regarding shipping, which aren't covered here.
If your order needs to be shipped to a different address than that which appears on your Paypal account, please tell us in the notes on your order or your Paypal payment, providing the alternate address.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase from the beginning, but if not, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping, but will not be charged any additional shipping for a replacement item in the case of exchange.

Additional policies and FAQs
All items are handmade, many from upcycled materials such as old books, magazines, and comic books, and as such, no two are completely identical. In our creation process, some minor "flaws" may appear on the finished product, but these are normal and lend to the uniqueness of the item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to make other arrangements.
What is the "Slightly Irregular" section?
Items in this section of our shop are discounted, due to noticeable flaws that are not enough to constitute a defective item, but which are too obvious for the item to be sold at full price. Problems may include large bubbles that rose in the glazing process, a crooked bail, or an image that's off-center. These items are often sold for 50% or more off the regular price, simply to recover the cost of materials without any profit gained. We will ALWAYS describe any flaws in these items to the best of our ability.
Giving this as a gift?
Notify us in your order comments and we will be happy to giftwrap the item, mail it directly to your recipient, and exclude any packing information that reveals the price of the item purchased.
We accept custom orders to place specific subjects (a certain book, dictionary word, fandom subject or character) on our items. We will do our best to obtain your preferred subject from our existing stock of materials, but an additional charge may be incurred for anything we must go find. We work from existing, pre-printed materials to avoid any copyright infringement, and would not be able to reproduce or copy any original artwork (in short, we can't print an image scanned from something, or a screencap from a TV show/anime/movie). We will gladly print any digital photograph or artwork you hold the copyright on, or any existing printed material you can provide.
