I love this choker! Cristina allowed me to personalize the necklace and was very kind when answering my questions. There was an issue with how the package was handled during transit (fault of USPS), and she promptly sent extra replacement charms. Cute design, great customer service! Thank you so much!

If you didn't receive your order, i can only discuss a solution after 3 weeks ( for US orders) and 6 weeks for international.
