Purveyor of fine handcrafting yarns and custom picture framing.

I began picture framing 22 years ago and have owned my Point Pleasant, NJ shop for 15 years. I am dedicated to proper framing techniques and use quality materials for every piece framed in my workshop. The shop has a large gallery space, half of which is yarn. The yarn shop offers a large selection of Araucania, Black Cat Fibers, Cascade, Chiaogoo Needles, Green Mountain Spinnery, Legacy Fiber Artz, Luna Grey, Malabrigo, Manos Del Uruguay, Quince & Co., Sweet Georgia, and Woolfiend . With the help of some talented local ladies, I offer knitting and crocheting classes and lessons. I love the space we have created at Frame & Fiber...who would have thought picture framing and art would blend so well with yarn and crafts! If you are ever in the area, please stop by.

My operating hours are Tuesday - Friday 10 to 5. I respond to most messages during these hours, however, if I am able to respond after hours, I will.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds on items that haven't shipped yet are done immediately and 100%
I will accept returns if they are in the same condition as when they left my shop. There are no refunds on yarn that has been caked.
Payment
We accept all credit cards and Pay Pal and payment is expected at time of order. Cancellations and refunds are accepted. If the cancellation is requested after shipment of your order, we will refund your order once we have received it back from you. Return shipment is the buyers responsibility.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Tuesday-Friday. Orders received during our hours of operation will ship next day. I ship via USPS only.

Regardless of the Etsy advised shipping approximations, All orders are shipped Tuesday-Friday between 10am and 5pm. Please note that all orders placed after 5pm Friday will ship the following Tuesday.

My Etsy shop shares it's inventory with my physical shop. I update my Etsy inventory weekly, but I do make mistakes. If an item you purchase is unavailable, I will contact you with two options. The first is an immediate refund, the second is, if your time allows, waiting for my inventory to be replenished.
