Returns and exchanges
We will accept returns or exchanges of undamaged items (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. Please repack the item in the original container and ship it via an insured carrier. Upon receipt, we will credit your PayPal account.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of damaged items. If an item is damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately so that we can work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter. If you have opted to ship the item without insurance, we will not be able to assist you with your claim.

Please make payments promptly. If payment has not been received after three days, your order will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

As required by the state of Missouri, sales over the internet are subject to sales tax, if the sales transaction's shipping and delivery point is within the state of Missouri. In other words, if you live in Missouri, we must charge you sales tax, which is currently 7.725%. Freight, shipping, and delivery charges are exempt from being taxed.
Shipping
Smaller items will be shipped via standard UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger pieces must be shipped via a freight company, such as UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, or Yellow Freight. Please note that freight delivery is door to door and does not include delivery inside. Arrangements can be made for delivery inside for an additional charge from the carrier. Please contact us if you would like this service added to your shipping charges.

We insure all shipped packages. If you would like to save on shipping charges and remove the insurance, please let us know.

If you live near the Kansas City metro area, arrangements can be made for delivery (for a small fee) or pickup. Please contact us if you'd prefer either of these two options.
