5 out of 5 starsBought these for my daughter, and was hoping they would arrive before Christmas but it did say there may be a delay before I bought so I just hoped. Francesca messaged very quickly to say that there may be a delay, but as I had already read this it wasn’t a problem. In the end, they arrived in perfect time, beautifully packaged and they are wrapped ready for my daughter to open on Christmas morning. I know she will love them. Thank you!

Custom and personalised orders
I'm happy to do custom orders. Please start a conversation or request a custom order if you're interested and I will see what I can do. Please note that starting a conversation is not the same as placing an order!

Postage & packaging costs and processing times
All items automatically ship as 'standard' items, ie not tracked. Tracked & Signed upgrades are available.
If an order's a gift I can send it directly to your giftee, just put their address in at the checkout. Please note the giftee may have to pay customs charges.
An item marked as being ready to ship in 1-2 weeks is in stock and should ship within 3-5 business days. Anything marked 2-3+ weeks means I have to order at least one component from my suppliers; I will always keep you updated with progress.
Do you accept exchanges, returns and refunds? What will you refund?
I do accept returns and refunds.
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it has shipped or been downloaded and I will refund you immediately. If you wish to return or refund an order after it has shipped, please notify me within 14 days of taking delivery, and return the order within 21 days of delivery. I can exchange the item for one of equal value, or refund the entire order (including the original shipping cost). I just ask that you pay to return the order to me (my address will be on the envelope). I cannot accept returns or refunds on downloaded digital items.
If something arrives damaged, please contact me with photographs. I always package orders with great care and cannot take responsibility for the postal service.
How are your items packaged?
I package all my orders with great care. Items are shipped in cellophane (I'm phasing in biodegradable cello bags on paper items that need to be kept free of dust and fingerprints) and/or a paper bag to keep them clean and dry. I always mark outer packaging as fragile. I use Jiffy Green bags, which are padded and plastic-free.
Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?
I DO NOT OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE. If you choose 'mark order as gift' at the checkout, all you will get is a message from me asking if you are having the item mailed to you or straight to the recipient. If you are having it sent to the recipient, PLEASE put the their address in the address box, and tell me in the order notes, so I can address my note accordingly. Otherwise your giftee will get a note thanking them for their custom and asking for a review.
Furthermore, if you have an order sent to a giftee, they may be liable to pay customs charges. I am not responsible for customs charges and won't refund any orders because you didn't realise your friend might have to pay for the privilege of receiving a gift straight from overseas.
