There Is No Reason Not to Consider the Whole World as One Gigantic Painting - R Rauschenberg

My creative journey began when I was a little "eccentric" girl, and my mom always said that she never had a surface to work on because I always had them covered with projects. I loved painting, exploring, writing, music, anything that right side of the brain. But my journey took a turn in college when I decided to study public relations and advertising, and I spent seven subsequent years wearing suits and working in a little gray cube.

I started my Etsy shop as a hobby in 2012 to have a creative outlet and fill that void in my life, which is also when I picked up the camera, and I haven't put it down since. I eventually quit my job, worked as a manager at Anthropolgie, and went back to school to study visual arts and creative writing. Now I teach art and photography at an all girls school and moonlight as a photographer and small business owner where I sell my fine art, handmade and vintage goods.

I live in Dallas with my two dogs, Lucy and Marty, and lovingly drive a 1978 VW Bus I named Judy Chicago. My creative discovery, or tour, if you will, continues to this day, and I hope it never ends.

Thanks for reading; message me if you have any questions or would like to chat!

    Support Staff

Lucy and Marty are self-trained nappers and consumers of treats. They have no idea what mommy does and constantly wonder why she's working and not snuggling them 100 percent of the time. They are an imperative part of the success of tour de frances.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact me within five business days after receiving the item. You will get a full refund (minus fees) if it is sent back unused and in its original condition. Please include your receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. I also offer refunds for items damaged or lost in the mail in most cases.

I cannot refund any purchase that was not delivered due to the fact that you entered or selected the wrong address on either your PayPal or Etsy invoice. It is not Frances Moulin’s responsibility to track shipping, so please make sure your information on your PayPal and Etsy accounts are up-to-date.
I accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal guest checkout. New to Etsy? Here's a helpful guide to making your first purchase:

Purchases in Texas are subject to Texas sales tax.

Your immediate payment upon ordering is greatly appreciated. Any reserved or unpaid orders will be canceled after two days, unless you provide notice that you need it to be held for a longer time period.
Handmade items in my shop may take a few extra days to add those special finishing touches. I make every effort to ship within 7-10 days of an order (up to 14 days for custom orders). However, if you need me to rush your order, just let me know :)

Vintage items typically ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping and handling costs include costs for postage, packaging and processing. All items ship USPS First class or Priority. Please allow 4-7 days for your purchase to arrive after the shipping date (depending on your location).

Please note, I often use recycled boxes and packing materials when possible to help our environment a bit :) If you need a nice, clean box or package for whatever reason, simply message me.

Any additional delivery confirmations, tracking and insurance are available by request, and fees will be applied to the shipping cost. (Please make sure to leave a note in your "Message to Buyer" section if you are interested in adding insurance to your package.)

Unless you ask and pay for postage insurance, Frances Moulin cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Please send me a **convo** if you would like me to ship your items right away as I may not always see the note on your invoice or send your package out the day after you submit your order, especially if you have placed a custom order.

Please make sure the delivery address you select at checkout is correct. I ship all packages to the address on your Etsy invoice.

Contact me if you would like to rush your order or purchase shipping insurance.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note, I try to photograph and represent my shop items in the listings as closely as possible. If my handmade items are not exact to the photo, it’s because each item is physically made by your truly. I am not perfect, nor do I strive to be, so please do not expect factory-like goods :) Handmade is beautiful, and I hope you as the buyer appreciate the love that goes into each item I create.

Also, each vintage item is lovingly handpicked by me from garage sales and local thrift stores because I think they are unique and lovely. Please do not expect them to be flawless. They are old and oftentimes imperfect, which to me, adds quirk and charm :) I often give my items a gentle clean or sometimes a polish if I see fit. However, some tarnishing and wear should be expected and are generally noted in the product descriptions.

I am available for custom designed items. Message me if you are interested in something in particular that's not listed in my shop.
