Leaving bad feedback before contacting me about any problems with your order, leaves me, and you, powerless. If there’s a problem with your order, please empower yourself by contacting me through Etsy, so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

I am pretty much a one women show, so you're just dealing with one person. All my jewelry is designed and handmade by me. This is not a big corporation, and I don't have help. Please be advised orders are usually shipped out 3-5 business days after payment is received, sometimes sooner depending how busy my shop is. I appreciate all your support of my work!
Note, once your order has been shipped, I will not cancel an order.
Shipping
DOMESTIC: All domestic orders will be shipped first-class or priority via USPS, all domestic orders all provided tracking. Please be advised orders are usually shipped out 3-5 business days after payment is received, sometimes sooner depending how busy my shop is. I appreciate all your support of my work! Orders will be shipped out 5-10business days after payment is cleared. Once a order has been shipped out you'll automatically receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped unless you had purchase insurance.
IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that shipping overseas from the US can take up to 30 business days. All orders are shipped via standard international airmail, and do not include tracking numbers or insurance.
I don't pay for your country’s Import Taxes, Duties, VAT, etc... Please research what your item will cost by the time it gets in your hands.
***I'm not responsible for lost packages shipped outside the US, unless you've requested tracked mail and paid the extra cost.***
If you would like your item to be sent via registered/tracked mail let me know PRIOR to placing your order. Be aware that regardless of weight/size of parcel, international tracking and insurance services cost anywhere between $25 - $40 extra.
Cancelled orders: There is a 15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders unless stated otherwise.
