I have a wide range of styles from fun, playful designs for the young and young at heart, funky bold stand out pieces, to elegant vintage items for those who prefer their accessories to be subtly quirky! Most earrings can be backed with your choice of studs: hypoallergenic plastic, surgical stainless steel, silver or gold plated, solid sterling silver, or plastic clip on backs - please message me for details.

I have included accurate sizing information in millimetres in each product description. If you prefer to work in inches then there are approximately 25mm to 1 inch. Most listings also include a photo of products in my hand or on a standard sized business card to give you an idea of scale.
I have tried my very best to portray colours accurately, but variations in computer screen settings may effect this, as will slight variations in colour between batches of buttons.
If you are unsure about size, colour, anything at all, then please do message me via Etsy for details before ordering.

All items will be packaged to ensure they stay clean and protected on their journey to you, using recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible.
All jewellery will come wrapped in a colourful paper bag and sealed with fun washi tape, ready for gift giving. I am happy to enclose a hand written note and send direct to a recipient, if all the details are added at checkout.

Please note that I cannot accept returns of earrings, unless damaged, for hygiene reasons.
If disaster strikes and your item arrives damaged during shipping then please take photographic evidence and contact me immediately via Etsy and I will be happy to help, either with a replacement or a refund depending on your preference and if the item is one of a kind.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless an item is faulty. Please obtain proof of postage when you return a parcel and, if returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark parcel with 'RETURNED GOODS' so that customs fees are not applied to the returned items. I'm afraid if customs fee are charged this will be deducted from any refund.

All items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. I will send an email to confirm your order is dispatched. Please take note of the delivery times in my email as Etsy's shipping estimates are too optimistic!
UK deliveries: Second Class (up to 5 working days but I find it arrives just as quickly as First Class and saves you money!)
Europe/USA/Canada/Australia: Standard International delivery (NO TRACKING - up to 6 weeks).
All other international destinations: International Tracked

Please double check the address you provide with your order and send me a message straightaway via Etsy if there are any discrepancies. I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Most of my earrings are available with plastic studs or clip on earrings. Feedback I have received has confirmed these are a great option for most people with sensitive ears or a metal allergy to allow them to enjoy wearing earrings again. As everyone is unique, and allergies are not all the same, I cannot guarantee they will not cause a reaction, but in most cases they should be fine.

Plastic earrings are glued, rather than soldered like many metal earrings, so the bond is inevitably not as strong. While every effort has been made to create strong and durable jewellery, I recommend the following care is taken:
1. Avoid pulling on the button/cabochon or fiddling with your earrings as this will weaken the bond.
2. These earrings are very comfortable to sleep in but it will put undue pressure on them so I recommend taking them out to sleep. If you need sleeper studs please message me to add these to your order.
3. Many of my earrings are made from waterproof materials, but prolonged exposure through swimming, bathing etc or exposure to extreme hot or cold will weaken the glue over time.
