Returns and exchanges
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full product refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Customer is responsible for return postage cost.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable to t-shirts. If you receive your shirt and it does not fit, simply email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com to ensure we have the desired size available.
The recipient can exchange t-shirts for up to 30 days of the order. The item must return in saleable condition at the cost of the recipient.
Payment
I accept PayPal and credit cards through Direct Checjout. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Remember - you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order securely using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or e-check. Simply hit "continue" next to "Don't have a PayPal account?" and pay using one of those methods.
Shipping
Shipping Policy:
Shipping Method: We ship all orders by USPS or UPS.

Tracking Information:After your order ships tracking information will be sent to the email you provided on your order.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change your address you must email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com before the item ships. We ship your order as fast as possible so if we receive your shipping address change after it has already shipped we will have to wait for it to return before sending a new order to you.

Delayed or Missing Packages: If you have not received your package but tracking information states it was delivered please contact your local post office to determine where and with who it was left. If you are unable to locate it please contact us so we can place a claim with the appropriate carrier.


Christmas Shipping: Most orders placed by 12/14 will arrive before Christmas. We cannot guarantee they will arrive, as the US Postal Service does not guarantee it. If you need expedited shipping we offer UPS services for an additional fee: please email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com for more information.
