5 out of 5 starsHonestly, without all the jokes I would normally put into these reviews, fantastic work. The artist/account owner is absolutely amazing with communication. Made the whole part of buying something online so fun and refreshing. The one who received this beautiful piece of work, was an absolute awe of it’s beauty. Thank you again Jeans, and let’s get physical~

5 out of 5 starsDude, for YEARS I’ve been looking for a spawn belt. And some that I have found, they wanted like 400 or higher. Not only is this seller affordable but SUPER friendly and lets you know promptly when it ships. I never really write reviews but A+ for this seller.

Returns and exchange details
2.) Items not fit for repair, or in cases of international sales where costs of shipping back damaged items for repair exceed cost of replacement, will be replaced with no new fees to customer. Items will not be replaced until evidence of damages are received and verified by shop owner.
3.) If an order has been returned to seller due to the buyer error (e.g. providing an inaccurate address, failing to claim the delivery, etc), then the seller will resend the order once buyer provides a reliable address and payment for additional shipping charges. If buyer fails to reply to messages regarding a returned package within 30 days of last notice from seller, buyer's order will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
Payment
Shipping
1.) Limited free shipping to customers in the USA where noted in item description. Customer pays for shipping otherwise. Shipping price includes shipping fee, packing material costs, and a handling fee. Unless otherwise requested, all large items advertised as including free shipping ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes, 2-3 days domestically, 8-10 days internationally and all small items like stickers ship USPS First Class Mail.
2.) Incorrect addresses: Customer pays for re-shipping items if mailing address was incorrect as submitted by the customer the first time. Please make sure to double-check your mailing address before placing your order.
3.) Repairs: If fragile items like gypsum busts are damaged during shipping, replacements and refunds (equal to the value of item upon date of purchase) will be provided at customer's request if photographic evidence of breakage is submitted to the shop within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. One replacement/repair only. If customer chooses a refund rather than replacement, original shipping costs will be deducted from refund total.
4.) Estimated shipping date: The estimated shipping date on the invoice is usually accurate, but items often ship sooner. If you need your item by a certain date please let me know before placing the order and I'll let you know if it is possible to expedite order processing and shipping.
5.) Theft and lost items: Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their mailing address and for following up with local post office and authorities in the event of a possible theft or lost item. If delivery is confirmed and item has not appeared, it's logical to assume a theft or post-office error has occurred, however, there is no way for me to confirm the whereabouts of an item once the delivery confirmation has been established. A delivery-confirmed order will be considered fulfilled.
6.) Clarification on returns and customer negligence: All items are described as closely as possible to reality in the listing. If customer fails to read an item title or description (e.g. believes an item to be made of a different material than stated or is a different size or weight than stated), a return and refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis; however, if a refund is granted customer will assume responsibility for initial shipping cost and for return shipping cost. In other words, I will not make an item and pay to ship it to you to "try out" and see if you like it. Read the description.
Additional policies and FAQs
A: Yes, I take commissions for original work depending on my interest in the subject matter and my availability. Commissioned work is priced by my day-rate for sculpting and molding, plus the cost of materials. This typically totals about 10x of the casts I sell in my shop in so, for example, a commission of a new original bust is likely to cost about $1500-$3500 depending on the subject and scale. If this seems high, please remember that the items I sell in my shop are casts of original work that I do for my own personal portfolio, and so the price reflects the value of the individual cast and time/skill involved in the manufacturing process, and not the time/skill put into the original sculptures, which average about 60-100 hours for busts and 20-50 hours for most small items. If you are interested in proceeding, an estimate will be made for your commission and 10% of the payment is due during the design phase. 40% of the fee is due once the design has been approved, and the final 50% is due upon completion.
Q: Why can't you just put my commission in your shop and charge me for the first cast?
A: I am a working artist and constantly making new items. For a commission fee to be waived, any request has to both interest me personally and align with my artistic goals. Every request requires taking time away from my working on current projects and filling orders, and while it's always possible additional customers would be interested in a cast of your commissioned item, it's also possible they wouldn't be. This may not be a problem for very small and less time-consuming items, especially if they fit my brand, so feel free to ask if your item is very small, but I have spent weeks on commissions for large items, charging the commision-requester for a single cast only, and never sold another cast. I learned from this experience it's simply too big of a risk for me as a working artist to set aside a month knowing I may make only a day's wage. Thank you for understanding.
Q: Do you offer item discounts?
A: All item prices are final. Prices are determined by the type of item, the length of time spent on each piece, the specific creative discipline involved (sculpting/painting/casting/material-science), cost of materials, and rarity of the item. If you don't think my work is worth the listed price, don't buy it. Written requests for discounts will not be considered, and may not receive a reply.
Q: I have a question about an item...
A: Most questions can be answered by reading the item description. Questions submitted that can be answered by reading the description may not receive a reply. If the answer cannot be found in the description please send me a message and I'll do my best to answer promptly and update the listing if I feel that's necessary. If you have a number of questions please be considerate of my time and send them all in one message.
Q: Why was my sale declined?
A: Though rare, some sales may be declined. In this event, a full refund will be issued and I'll do my utmost to include a personal note with the reason why. Below are some (but not all) examples of why a sale may be declined: 1) A malfunction with equipment or materials. 2) A personal emergency that may cause a prolonged delay. 3) Buyer is currently (or associated with) another Etsy seller or art dealer with a similar product line, or gives me any reason at all to feel uncomfortable with completing the transaction.
