Avoid if you need items for Christmas. Or reliability. Ordered yarn on the 9th of November. After almost 2 weeks of no news, I contacted the seller via the sale page on Etsy. Got a reply about how she was "finishing my cowl". I was a bit alarmed, in case she'd muddled up my order and was making a cowl, and wrote back for more information. She then told me she'd had to order the item - so it had never been in stock when I purchased it. On the 30th of November (21 days after order was placed) I got an email with a refund and a message stating that it would have cost "over $50" (Canadian dollars) to ship the item to me. Well I've had stuff sent from Canada before, and this is nonsense - checked on the Canada Post website, where they have an app for the pricing of parcels - it would have cost $8.45 CAN). Not cool.

Lovely yarn for shawls/ scarfs. Soft hand with wonderful tonality which adds interest to items knitted without being too much contrast. Love Fino in watercolour, crystal goblet and rosewater colours
