Announcement    Welcome! Lots of changes this year! I have partnered up in life and work with my longtime friend and fellow artist, Bob Grenzow! We believe that a smile, or better yet, laughter really is the best! We also believe that the creatures we share this planet with greatly enrich our lives. Our artistic goal is to inspire reverence for all living things, the world we all share and to bring a smile, (or better yet, a chuckle)!

Everything is lovingly designed and handmade by us in the USA. The focus of our combined efforts will be on mixed media Indoor Home Decor, Ornaments, and Jewelry, in many cases featuring intricate, detailed assemblage style embellishments.

I always wanted to be an artist.

My Etsy username/shop name is "freeheart1" but my business name has been "Little Darlins" since 1980. I have been creating things with some form of clay for over 40 years! I discovered polymer clay in the early 1980's. Every single item you see here is an original piece, lovingly handmade by me with polymer clay or mixed media. No molded resin, (or other material), reproductions, (of my original designs), made by myself or anyone else, are sold in this shop! There have been some items such as tote bags that carry images of my original clay designs.

Every item listed in my shop is ready to ship and delivery is usually within three business days anywhere in the USA.

I hope you enjoy browsing! Be sure to check back often for new items and if you see something you like but need it in a different form, (focal bead, or pendant instead of pin, for instance), just ask!

We truly want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and to find doing business with us a very positive experience. That is my ultimate goal!

Please be aware that if any item on the order that you place with us is reserved for someone other than yourself, the order will NOT be shipped until the matter is cleared up. We will not sell you an item reserved for another person.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I guarantee your satisfaction on any item you purchase as long as I am notified of any problems within 5 days of receipt of your order and ANY returns must be post-marked 7 days or less after receiving your order. I will replace items damaged in shipping but not those irreparably damaged by other means.

If the items are not damaged and you have simply changed your mind then the terms are the same as above. I may agree to refund the price of the item, but in the case that you have just changed your mind, I will not refund the original shipping cost.

In addition, if you wish to return a non damaged item for a prearranged refund or exchange you must pay the postage to return the item, and the postage on the item it is exchanged for.
Payment
"The buyer must pay at the time the transaction is created" as per Etsy transaction policies for the buyer, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, (by the buyer and the seller). If an item is purchased and payment is not made or no other arrangements have been made within 3 days, I will cancel the transaction/sale, and re-list the item.

This also applies to an item I have made for you, or that you ask me to hold/reserve for you. In that case, I can not hold an item for more than three days unless proior arrangements have been made and agreed upon, (by both buyer and myself). I can hold an item for longer but I need to know and agree at the time of approval of a specially made item, (within 2 days), and I need the item to be paid for within 3 days, unless other arrangements have been made.

Paypal and direct credit card payment are my methods for payment. Credit cards are also accepted through paypal without having to set up an account.
Shipping
I would like to ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation, (by e-mail from Etsy for credit cards, e-mail from Paypal). The only reason that shipment might be delayed is if I am unavailable, (I still do a LOT of travel to various art shows). I will do my best.


****IMPORTANT**** I always purchase "Tracking" on all packages mailed in the USA. If the USPS declares your purchase as "Delivered" I can/will not be responsible if a package goes missing.

Here's how it works:

I DO NOT DO SPECIFIC "CUSTOM" WORK. I CAN TAKE REQUESTS FOR ITEMS THAT I ORDINARILY DO, SPECIFICALLY ANYTHING IN MY "SOLD ITEMS" SECTION. MANY ARE "ONE OF A KIND" SO I CAN'T DUPLICATE, I CAN ONLY MAKE SOMETHING SIMILAR. I MAY TAKE A REQUEST FOR A SUBJECT I HAVEN'T MADE BUT ONLY IN MY STYLE, AND IN KEEPING WITH MATERIALS WHICH I USE. I DO NOT DO SOMEONE ELSE'S DESIGN, NOR DO I MAKE COPYRIGHTED DESIGNS OR PORTRAITS, (SPECIFICALLY, NO PET PORTRAITS). EXAMPLE: I WILL DO MY CAT DESIGN IN YOUR CAT COLORS.

After agreeing on the item and price, I will make the requested piece and then send you an image for approval. This can take from 2 days up to two weeks or more depending on my show schedule unless we make other time specific arrangements. There is no pre-pay, no obligation to buy, but my policy is approve or decline within two days after you receive the image. If you approve, I will then make a reserved listing asap for you in my shop and hold the item up to three days for final purchase, (unless you and I both agree to a different time frame).

If I do not hear from you by the end of the two days, (after you receive the image of the item), OR if the purchase/transaction is not completed by the end of the three days, (after the item is approved and reserved listing made), the item may then be listed in my shop, (or offered at a show), as an open item for anyone to purchase .
Privacy
