I make accessories and jewelry. All of my works are handmade. I send nothing out to be finished by any manufacturer. I believe handmade creations are beautiful and inherently unique.
All designs are original. Each piece is made individually in unique copy.
All items are ready to ship (unless it's a 'custom' or 'made to order' item)!

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I hope very much that you will be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not please contact me within 3 working days (14 days for European Union customers) after receiving the item. You'll get a refund (minus shipping, handling and restocking fees) if the item is sent back to me unused and in an original condition. A 10% restocking fee will be taken off the refund. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility!
Custom orders can NOT be refunded, as they are specially made.

Shipping
I ship worldwide!
Items are shipped within 48 hours by Priority Mail.
On the average shiping will take 7-14 days delivery up to the Europe, 2-3 weeks to the US, Canada and Australia. Please, keep in mind that sometimes the shipping may take up to 45 days.

Please, let me know before the purchase if you prefer your bought item to be insured. I will revise the invoice before you pay.

Goods are sent at your risk, insurance and registered parcels only at your request. The Registered mail will cost 4.50 euro extra. I recommend that you register parcels over $100.00. I always keep a proof of postage and I will assist in tracking your item. However, I bare no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
Everything will be safely packaged in a padded envelope.

PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties accociated with shipping and purchasing to their country!

The colours are well represented in the images, but please be aware of the limitations of digital imagery and colour and that different computer monitors can display the same image in a very different way.
