Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept PayPal as the only form of payment. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, all you need is a credit card. PayPal is safe, secure, and easy to use. When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal". This will also take you to the credit card processor. Then click on "Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit card."

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the transaction or it will be canceled. An order will not be completed until payment has been posted.
Shipping
We do not currently accept international orders. Open to United States orders only. Sorry!

Orders take approximately 2-4 business days to Ship Out. Please check with USPS for the time standard delivery takes to arrive at your location from California.

Orders will be sent to the shipping address provided in Etsy. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses differ, we will use the Etsy address. PLEASE make sure your Etsy shipping information is correct! A returned purchase due to an incorrect address will incur additional fees on behalf of you, the buyer. If you would like to pay for shipping insurance, please let us know right away. We are sorry, but we are not responsible for lost packages once they are out of our possession.

BROKEN ITEMS: We will refund the cost of the item you purchased if it arrives broken and you have provided images detailing this. We will not refund shipping. Shipping expenses will remain the responsibility of the buyer.

INSURANCE or EXPEDITED SHIPPING available for an additional cost. We are happy to accommodate your requests! Please email us to arrange these additional requests

BUYING A GIFT?: Email us with the address you'd like the gift sent to along with a message to be included with the order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase however due to the custom nature of most of the items in this shop, we cannot give refunds.

There are some situations where we will work with you:
1. If an item was never received, please contact us within 3 days of your shipping notification. Once it has been proven that your item(s) never arrived, a refund will be issued at the discretion of Frenchie & Flea.

2. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the item arrived damaged, please send us an email before leaving feedback so we can rectify the situation. (*If the end result is the return of an item, original shipping costs will remain your responsibility and the buyer will pay for return postage.)
