Welcome to French Press Knits. Thank you for shopping from a handmade specialty store. Although this is an online store, it is my goal that your shopping experience is a special one. Your order will arrive beautifully packaged, ready to give as a gift(even if the gift is for yourself!). All pieces are hand knit with great care, in a smoke-free, pet-free home. Before placing an order, please be sure to read through the following information.

I stand behind my work. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will refund money(after item is sent back) minus shipping cost.
Payment
My preferred method of payment is Paypal. This is an excellent and safe way to complete transactions on the internet. I do not handle your credit information and you are utilizing a reputable and well established payment service. Note: You do not need a Paypal account to use their services. Please choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and a little ways down the screen you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card – no sign-up necessary!

If you prefer a different payment method(eg. Money order, personal check, etc), please contact me and I will work with you on a case to case basis.

Payments should be made within 3 days of your order. If the payment takes longer, I will have to cancel the order and relist the item.

Shipping
Payment is expected in full for each item prior to shipping. I use United States Postal Service for all shipping and use standard delivery service.

Let me know if you need an upgrade or insurance. I can change the price of shipping with added cost prior to your purchase.

International buyers incur any custom fees that are added.
