I haven't completed these yet, but the pattern is very clear and easy to follow. There are good photos of each step as well as written instructions. Highly recommend!

Crochet patterns with a french twist

Hi, I'm Sylvie, french crochet designer living in the french Alps with my family.

I love to solve problems and translate into yarn 3D shapes I see in my head.
Being messy, I prefer to crochet "useful" things such as clothes and accessories I will wear everyday.

Colors and hoods are my thing. I was told during a fiber festival I looked like an actual elf, and that was the biggest compliment :-D

Why make it if you can buy it in a store ? I love to design fairy hoods and OOAK clothes.
Because I'm a yarn hoarder, I also like to design clothes you can make with any yarn from you stash: No gauge swatch, no math, ... and sweaters/tops which fit YOU, whichever your size or body type. That's the kind of design-challenge I like :-)

I publish my crochet patterns both in french and english.
I also teach locally crochet and spindle-spinning classes and am a professional translator specialised in knitting and crochet. I work for various french book editors, yarn brands or independant designers.
