I have always loved drawing and have spent many years honing my ability; when I look at the work I did as a young woman I can see that I have come a long way! I am a self-taught artist with a passion for creating realistic images. For many years I specialized as a portrait artist but with the introduction of the internet I have branched out to create all sorts of illustrations to sell via several online venues. I thoroughly enjoy the freedom of non-commissioned work ... spending long hours in my studio creating countless drawings and paintings. I live in the country and my subject matter often reflects my love for the rural lifestyle. I thank God every day for His gift of creativity entrusted to me. When I'm not working in my studio, I can be found biking down my country road, singing at the local hospital, visiting a friend for coffee, or spending time with my 18 grandchildren
