We are a crafty mother-daughters team from SE Minnesota. We offer handcrafted items that will add style, warmth, and charm to your life and home.

In our shop you will find any of the following items:
- cuddly baby quilts (a favorite is our luxurious bamboo-backed baby quilts)
- quilted wall hangings, runners and table toppers for table, counter, bookcase, mantel, dresser, etc
- crochet baskets for kitchen, living spaces, nursery, bathroom, etc.
- knotted jewelry
- crochet rugs for nursery, bath, etc.
- hand coozies (aka handwarmers/wrist warmers
- crocheted scarves
- jar coozies
- braided baby pacifier/binky clips

To ensure product longevity and customer satisfaction we use quality-sourced materials and supplies to craft all our items.

Fresh Dew Drops is a family team that loves to create. This little shop is an offering of our creative productivity - quilted items, crochet items, knotted items, and woven items.

Our goal at Fresh Dew Drops Boutique is to provide quality items that will add style, comfort, and charm to your life and home. To this end we use quality materials and put time and care into our craftsmanship.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Our goal is to provide you with a quality product to ensure your happiness with your purchase. If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us so that we can work through it. Refunds will be issued after item is returned to us in it's original condition within two weeks. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom orders are nonrefundable.
Payment
Currently accepting all major credit cards, Etsy gift cards, direct checkout, and Paypal. Payment in full is due upon purchase. Payment must be received in full before a custom order will be started or shipped. Custom orders are nonrefundable.
Shipping
Unless specified in individual listing, items are ready to ship and will ship as promptly as possible (usually within 1-2 business days) via the USPS. If an item is needed by a specific date, please let us know when ordering and we shall do our best to meet this request. Insurance is recommended but not included in shipping charges.

If actual shipping cost turns out to be less than charged, buyer will be refunded the extra.

Fresh Dew Drops is not responsible for lost or damaged mail although we will do our best to resolve an issue should it arise.

A: Due to variables beyond our control ( Postal system, holidays, weather, etc.), no we cannot guarantee delivery date. We can only do our best.
