What are your Return & Cancellation Policies?

Fresh Dust does not accept returns.

Fresh Dust offers exchanges on all Non-Custom items. Please contact us regarding your return within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related exchanging an item. Items shipped via freight carrier are not eligible for return.

Customer has 48 hours to cancel an order. After 48 hours, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

- After 48 hours - 25% cancellation fee
- After 2 Weeks - 50% cancellation fee
- After 4 Weeks - Minimum 50% Cancellation, up to full sale price of item at Fresh Dust’s discretion.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

In the unfortunate event that your item was damaged in shipment, please see our Shipping page for instructions on this process and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

All freight shipments are delivered in a custom made secure crate. Please inspect the entire crate for any damages before signing for your furniture. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR any freight delivery that has been damaged. Call or e-mail us immediately if damages occur via freight. Fresh Dust will process a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to repair, reship, or refund your item as appropriate and on a case by case basis.

Damage claims made after 48 hours will not be processed.

What about delivery/shipping?

Local Customers:

- Listings include inside delivery and setup WITHIN LOS ANGELES and ORANGE COUNTY AREAS. Once we've received your order, we'll make contact to schedule a delivery time.

Customers Outside of the Los Angeles and Orange County Areas:

- Items will be shipped in a secure custom made crate and shipped via freight carrier for curbside delivery.
- Once the item arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will contact you via telephone to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight shipments require both a confirmed delivery appointment and a signature.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT FREIGHT CARRIERS WILL NOT help remove the item from the crate or move into your home or business.
