Returns and exchanges
I package all items carefully so they arrive in perfect condition. Still, I encourage customers to insure large orders through USPS in case they are damaged in any way in the mail.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable once I start the customization process.
Every computer monitor is different, and some display colors very differently than others. The color you see on the screen my be different than the printed item. If you are concerned about the color of your printed items, I encourage you to order a sample in your exact color before making your final purchase.
Due to the custom nature of wedding invitations, digital files, and other personal stationery, I can not issue refunds once your personalized order is printed or your file is sent to you. Please make sure all details are correct before you give me your final approval to print. All items will be printed exactly as the approved proofs are shown, so if proofs are approved with a typo or an event detail changes after printing, the customer will be responsible for purchasing reprints. I highly recommend ordering samples to see and feel the quality of printed items before making a large purchase!
Each DIY kit is made to order and I can not accept returns on kits. If you are concerned that your printer will not accept the size and weight of card stock used in the DIY kits, please contact me to order a sample so that you can try it out before you purchase.
If there's any trouble with your payment, I'll make every effort to contact you and figure out the problem. Please check your email to see if I've contacted you.
Due to the custom nature of printed items, I can't start printing until I receive payment in full. Similarly, I can not get started on personalized proofs or digital files until I've received your deposit.
I ship all wedding items through USPS priority mail. Small orders and samples will be shipped using First Class mail unless you'd like to upgrade to priority or express mail. Invitations and other large orders are shipped priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.
I am happy to ship internationally! I ship via International Priority mail, which takes 6-10 business days, unless you request an upgrade to International Express mail. international shipping prices are just estimates. If I overcharge you for shipping, I'll happily refund the difference. Please note that some countries charge additional customs or international handling fees and taxes. I have no control over these charges and cannot refund that money to you. Please do not ask me to lie on the customs form. It's illegal for me to do so.
