My M-I-L insists on doing dishes by hand at our house & then complains about her skin getting dry & cracked from doing the dishes! This was the perfect gift for her, not only does she not complain, she LOVES the gloves. I love them too, in fact I'm tempted to start washing my dished by hand so I have an excuse to get a pair for myself! ;) Thank you!!

All items are created by hand in my studio in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Since all of our items are handmade there is the chance of slight variations in design and pattern placement on hand-sewn pieces and other items I make. These variations lend to the uniqueness of handmade wares and guarantee that the items you purchase are truly one-of-a-kind.

Payment
At this time you can pay for your purchase online using your PayPal account or any Major Credit Card (no PayPal account is necessary). Immediate payment is requested.

If we do not receive your payment within 3 days your item will be relisted.
Shipping
CURRENT SHIPPING TIME is within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING: Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 Business Days) with Delivery Confirmation or Parcel Post for larger/heavier items.

Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like your items shipped faster via USPS Priority Mail.

To keep shipping costs low + in support of our environment, for larger items, I reuse boxes whenever possible.

If you need your items shipped super-fast contact me before you purchase and I'll do my best to help :)

I am not responsible for lost packages. If you wish to purchase postal insurance for an additional fee please contact me prior to placing your order.

At this time we ARE NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY. We're sorry for any inconvenience and in the future if we do ship internationally our shipping options will reflect it.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase we want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and we will do our very best to make it right.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Products must be in their original, unused condition. Postage/insurance is to be pre-paid by buyer. Sorry, I can not refund original postage.
