Announcement   Bakewell Wool Gathering on 14/15 October is our next (and last of the year) show - one of our favourites, especially if the sun shines on the gorgeous Peak District wooded hills.

We had an excellent day at Perth Festival of Yarn on 9 September, and hope to go
again in 2018. A list of next year's shows will go up on the blog as soon as they're confirmed.

Lots of teaching and workshops done this year - I've been all over the country with them, and still more to come. And of course yarn and fibre for sale come with me to those too.

In the meantime, please look in my dyeing pages (links below) and drop me a line. I'm quite happy to dive into the stock to find things for you, or even dye something up specially - do you need a sweater's worth of a particular colour, or a long gradient to make a big shawl?

The blog is updated with what I'm up to, the shows I've been to and the ones I'm going to, and workshops I'm doing. It also has a list of all the workshops I offer: http://freyalyn.blogspot.co.uk/

My colourways are displayed in my 2015 Dyeing Flickr page (https://www.flickr.com/photos/freyalyn/sets/72157650951739737/) and previous years are here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/freyalyn/sets/72157650951739737/. All my colours are repeatable, so please ask if you want something specific.

There will be my usual sock yarns and BFL and other British breed wools, along with a few new ones as I find interesting things to add.

Please remember that I can dye to order - so if you see a colourway you must have but on the wrong base, or if you have something in your imagination, or need lots of one particular fibre/yarn, please be in touch.

I take great care dyeing my yarns and fibres, avoiding felting, and dyeing to exhaustion so there should be no colour-running later (or unnecessary dye wastage into the environment). Please let me know if you're not perfectly happy.
