We have seen the odd few days delay, but all packages are shipped tracked and can be easily traced.

International shipments take up to 15 business days. Tracked international is not currently available. Note: International orders can be delayed beyond 15 business days if the receiving country delays customs clearance. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. COVID-19 UPDATE: All international orders right now have for the most part been running very smoothly. With everything fluid and transit taking roughly 15 days things could change. Depending on certain countries policies packages can be held in customs slightly longer or delayed getting into the country. We are here to help and thank you for your patience.

Please note: If you put in the wrong address when you placed your order and the shipment has already been sent out, we will wait for the shipment to be returned to us. When the shipment has been returned to us, we can either resend the shipment (the purchaser will be responsible for $10 CAD to resend) or we can refund the order minus the original shipping charge. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can replace it. If you change your mind about your order for whatever reason, we will accept your return as long as the socks are unused and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Socks can be returned to us for a number of reasons. Some of these include unclaimed, no unit number, moved, unknown address, etc. 

Please be aware a wrong address can result in lost mail and there are cases where we do not receive them back delivered to someone else. Please ensure when placing an order everything is correct for mailing as we are not responsible if the address is incorrect and items are lost in transit.
Each occurrence is dealt with on a case by case basis, but below is a general guideline.

CANADA
You will be contacted once the socks are returned and have an opportunity to get a refund minus any additional shipping paid. (Example: If you paid $4.00 shipping, but our actual cost of shipping was $15.00, you will be refunded for the socks minus the shipping shortfall of $11.00. We will also give you the option to of re-shipping the socks to you but will ask that the shipping cost be covered. 

UNITED STATES
We ship through USPS using a service that transports socks across the border and ships from our US satellite address. This allows us to charge less for shipping and enables us to give the customer a tracking number. When items are returned, however, we pay a $5.00 fee for each package, along with the shipping costs to receive the items back. If you are a US customer, and your items have been returned, we can either refund minus the costs we paid to receive the goods back, or we can re-send the socks with these costs added, as well as the additional shipping cost to re-send.  

INTERNATIONAL

We ship through Ascendia using a service that transports socks across the border and ships from our US satellite address internationally. This allows us to charge less for shipping and enables us to give the customer a tracking number. When items are returned, however, we pay a $5.00 fee for each package, along with the shipping costs to receive the items back. If you are an international customer, and your items have been returned, we can either refund minus the costs we paid to receive the goods back, or we can re-send the socks with these costs added, as well as the additional shipping cost to re-send.

TIME FRAME
If there are any issues we need to have communication within 30 days of the normal shipping window so it can not only be dealt with in a timely manner but so we have time to communicate with our shipping partners within their allotted time window.

US orders are sent through USPS and are can be expected in approximately 5 days after we ship. Please note: It can take up to 3 days for us to send product out.

Canada shipments are sent through Canada Post and can take up to 10 business days untracked. If you purchase 4 pairs or more, your package will be sent out expedited tracked.

International shipment times vary, but averages around 15 business days depending on the season. Canada Post does not provide a tracking number to track your shipment through each stage of delivery. As per our shop policies, we will ship out your order within 1 - 4 business days from your order date. We typically ship orders on Monday Wednesday and Friday. Note: International orders can be delayed beyond 15 business days if the receiving country delays customs clearance. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

Shipping information is available in our shop announcement, shop policies, and the order confirmation email. We put it everywhere we can to ensure you're able to see it before making your purchase.
