Shop policies

Our goal is to make available to the world... fun, edgy, remarkable vintage items. We have picked many of our favorites from our inventory to feature on Etsy. We certainly hope any item you purchase exceeds your expectations.
Please review all shop policies before you purchase and contact us with any questions or concerns. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept all forms of payment. Paypal, Credit Cards, and personal checks. Personal checks must be in the name of the purchaser, must have a street address (no P.O. Box), and phone number.
We will not ship your item(s) until full payment is in our hands. Personal checks must clear the bank before shipment is made.

Prior to payment and shipping, if you change your mind about a purchase please let us know as soon as possible so we can re-list the item(s) for other potential buyers.
Shipping
Shipments are, at the very least, made once a week, usually on Tuesday. We are unable to ship daily. However, let us know if time is of the essence and we will do our best to ship according to you time line. We usually ship USPS Priority or first class within the USA. Contact before you make your purchase if you would like next day shipping so we can adjust the shipping cost before you pay for your item(s).

Speedy international shipping is expensive, so we usually ship First Class 5-10 days unless prior arrangements are made and fees are adjusted.

Shipping costs include packaging and delivery confirmation for items shipped in the US. If you want an item insured we will add the charge to your shipping.

Delivery confirmation is not available for international shipments.

If you want your international shipment insured we can send it priority mail. You will have to pay the additional charges which are costly.

We have had very few problems with items being lost or stolen on route to our customers. However, it does happen. If an item is lost or stolen we are not responsible. When we ship an item we always get a receipt to prove it has been shipped.
US shipments can be insured with an additional charge. International shipments have limitations.
We are unable to issue a refund if your item is lost or stolen once it is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not, please contact us before you leave negative feedback.
We try to provide you with great pictures to reference. However, pictures do not always duplicate reality. So be sure you ask questions before you purchase. We launder what we can launder. If an item needs dry cleaning we leave this to the buyer. Old wool items are notorious for their odors and can not be washed or dried. They are steamed, as are all our items before they become a part of our shops.
We will consider exchanges as long as the item you are returning comes back to us in the same condition it left. You will be responsible for return shipping. We will only consider cash refunds in very unique circumstances, less any processing and shipping fees.

We are educated identifying vintage items. We do believe that every item we list on Etsy is indeed vintage. We would never intentionally misrepresent our inventory. Always feel free to communicate any of your concerns.
